NATHRA is an eyewear brand based in the United Arab Emirates.

Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you're under 18, please use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Products

We design and sell sunglasses, including handcrafted acetate frames. Slight variations in color, grain, and finish are part of the natural character of our materials and are not considered defects.

Our sunglasses are intended for fashion and sun protection — they are not prescription eyewear. If you require prescription correction, please consult a qualified optician.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Reasons for declining include — but aren't limited to — product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we can't fulfill your order, we'll refund any payment made.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the NATHRA name, logo, product photography, copy, designs, and packaging — is owned by NATHRA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without our written permission.
