We ship NATHRA across the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Fridays and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping — Free, Anywhere in the UAE

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in the UAE.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days from when your order ships.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email. If you don't see it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out — see our Refund & Return Policy for details.

International Orders
